At King Louie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
